Peanut Blossom cookies
1 3/4 cups flour
48 chocolate kisses
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
Cream sugars and butter, add egg, peanut butter, vanilla extract and milk. Add flour and salt, and mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Press a chocolate kiss in the center of each cookie after removing from oven. Makes 48 cookies.
