Sweet & Spicy Pecans
Nonstick vegetable spray
3 T light corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c pecan halves
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Blend coating ingredients, fold in pecans. Bake 5 minutes, stir, and bake about 10 minutes more. Pour the pecans on a piece of foil, and separate the pecans to cool.
