Broccoli Slaw
1 pkg broccoli slaw
2 pkgs ramen noodle soup, oriental flavor
1/3 c sunflower seeds
1//3 c pecan pieces
1/3 c vinegar
1/3 c canola oil
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp sesame seed oil
Rinse broccoli slaw and drain. Mix sugar and vinegar, add oriental seasoning packets. Add canola and sesame oil to the mixture. Crumble ramen noodles and toast in toaster oven for 15 min at 375 degrees, stirring every 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
Toast the sunflower seeds and pecans. Pour vinegar/oil over broccoli slaw and allow to marinate about an hour. Just before serving, mix in the toasted ramen noodles and sunflower seeds and pecans.
