Pecan Viniagrette

1/4 c toasted chopped pecans
1/4 c champagne vinegar
1 T honey
1 T chopped shallot
1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated
2 T walnut oil
1/2 c canola oil
Blend all ingredients in blender, if too thick, add warm water to thin.
