Brie Quesadillas

1 mango, peeled and sliced thin
1 avocado, peeled and sliced thin
16 oz firm brie, rind removed, cut into 8 wedges, 2 oz each
8 6" thin flour tortillas

Slice brie thinly. Place tortilla in non-stick skillet and brown slightly, place cheese on one half of the tortilla so it melts. Layer mango and avocado on top of cheese, and fold the tortilla in half to cover the mango, avocado and brie. Cut into three wedges and serve.
