Mexican salad
1 can chili beans
1 bottle of Ranch dressing
1 bag of Doritos corn chips, any flavor,partially crushed
1 salad made with iceberg lettuce, tomatos, black olives, green pepper
shredded cheese
Make the salad, fold in the chili beans. Add crushed Doritos, shredded cheese, and Ranch dressing, and mix. Serve immediately. This is not a do-ahead salad. Only make as much as will be served, as the salad will be wilted by the next day.
