Dry Beef Cheeseball
My friend Brian LaRue gave me this recipe.
2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese
3 - 2 oz jars of dried beef
1 T horseradish
2 tsp chopped onion
Shred 2 of the jars of dry beef in food processor, and combine with cream cheese, horseradish and onion. Form into a ball. Shred the last jar of dried beef, and roll the ball in the shredded beef. Chill.
