Blueberry Jam
This jam recipe is more fruity and less sweet, allowing the flavor of the blueberry to shine.
4 c. crushed blueberries (about 3 - 1/2 dry pints)
4 c. sugar
1 box of Sure Jell
Using a potato masher, crush the blueberries. Combine blueberries with Sure Jell in pan. Bring to a rolling boil. Add the sugar and return to boil. Boil 1 minute. Spoon into sterilized jars, affix lids with screw bands and process 5 minutes in boiling water. Makes 6 cups of jam.
