Pecan Balls
From the kitchen of Kathy Scheller--
1/2 c butter
2 T honey
1 c sifted flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 c pecans, ground in a blender or coffee mill
powdered sugar
Cream butter and sugar, then add remaining ingredients except powdered sugar. Chill till firm. Roll into balls, place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm and again when cool.
