Marcia's Corn Dip
One of my co-workers gave me this recipe, which I can't locate right now, so this recipe is from memory.
2 8oz pkgs of cream cheese (can use fat free or neufchatel is desired)
1 package of ranch dressing dry mix
4 oz can of chopped green chilis, drained
1 can of Mexicorn, drained
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3-4 green sliced onions
1 chopped jalapeno
Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing mix and add other ingredients. Chill for several hours before serving. Serve with corn chips.
