Holiday Butter Cookies
My Mom's recipe for rolled Christmas cookies.
1 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 1/4 c sifted flour
Cream butter and sugar, then add egg and almond extract. Add flour, fill cookie press. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Do not chill dough for use in the cookie press.
