Cantonese Dinner

1 1/2 lbs pork steak or roast, cut in strips
1 T corn oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 green pepper cut in strips
1 - 4 oz can of mushrooms, drained
1- 8 oz can of tomato sauce
1 T molasses
3 T brown sugar
4 tsp white vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves of garlic, minced

Brown pork in oil in skillet, drain off excess fat. Place pork and all other ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours (or 4 hrs on high). Serve over rice.
