Broccoli Cornbread

2 boxes jiffy yellow cornbread mix
1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
8 oz small curd cottage cheese
1 stick oleo
4 eggs

Thaw and drain broccoli. Mix eggs & oleo in blender for 30 seconds. Add broccoli and cottage cheese and blend 30 more seconds. Mix all in large bowl with cornbread mixes. Pour in a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 20 minutes or until edge turns brown at 400 degrees. Refrigerate leftovers as the cottage cheese will spoil.
